Unlimiteddownloadcenter.com/? Hop=clickcb They ignored all of my attempts for a refund

I paid the $34.95 fee and after downloading their program it would not connect. They kept sending me the same solutions for fixing the problem but, it would not work. When I asked for a refund they simply sent the same instructions to download their program. I have made five attempts for a refund.
