Over 3 months ago I payed doug summers 180.00 dollars through Paypal for 2 custom painted rc car bodies and was told by him they would ship in a couple of weeks, Well after 3 months and 20 or more emails ignored by him I contacted Paypal to file a claim against him and found out that it was to late, 90 days was to long for me to wait so there is nothing that can be done. He is still ignoring me.
