My husband and I ordered a sport utility vehicle for $2197.00 on Sept 6 off the website toplinepowersports.com. @ days after making the purchase our credit card was charged the full amount. Numerous phone calls and emails to some guy named Doug have occured since this purchase almost 2 months ago. We have gotten the "run around" constantly! Doug can never tell us anything. He just says, "I can't reach anyone in shipping" or "I don't know anything to tell you." What kind of business is this? We have even stated to Doug, if we are not getting the merchandise, please refund our money back to the card. He doesn't respond back. We have tried to inquire where exactly the merchandise ships from. He says "California", he has yet to say company name or phone #, or contact person. Very frustrated!!! I think this company is very unpprofessional!!!
