We used this company for leads @ $27 per lead and the leads were coming in at a rate of 20 per month. The lead quality turned out to be horrible and they want to fight you tooth and nail on every credit. They also have a policy that you must return a lead for credit within 10 days but the problem is that most of the leads are fake and made up with phony information and etc.By time you realize and try to get credit, OH SORRY the ten days is up.

These are supposed to be qualified internet leads and yet they make the process so easy and quick that most of the leads are competitors in a market trying to get pricing information on their competitors. They have no quality assurance policy from what I could see. I have never seen so many "qualified business people" that don't even come up on a simple google search for the company or the name. They all use generic email as well... Gmail.com... Yahoo.com... Aol.com... Even though they are serious and they have business email addresses they could give out. I get the issues with all lead companies and understand it is hard to police against this type of stuff, BUT the reason I am here posting is because I have never dealt with a company so unwilling to work with the client to make it right.
I contacted the VP of Sales David Perry and started with asking for his help in generating a better conversion rate from the leads. He pushed it off to customer service even after I mentioned we had spent almost $1000 on leads and had no business to show for it. All with the same response... Not a call back... No response to emails... Etc. And these are HOT LEADS... Anyway, he boasts of a 90% customer retention rate in his bio on the site but I find that hard to believe given the lack of response or help when reaching out to him. I did so in a very respectful way as well. I did not attack him or the company but rather tried to kill with kindness first and it got me nowhere. Please save your money and do not use this company. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE QUALITY LEADS and will try and make it difficult or next to impossible to credit you back on the bad leads they push to you. NO ROI from this company. Not even a response on a last ditch attempt to speak with him to rectify the situation. I mentioned that I would tell anyone and everyone about my negative experience and still nothing. So here I am. I would expect that you would rather have tried to take care of one dissatisfied customer rather then have him tell 100 people about how bad the experience was.
