Sent Unordered Game Instead of Advertised Free Madden NFL

Dell sent me a game I did not order and told me their was nothing they could do. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lujay and he told me that theirs nothing he could do. After being on hold for 45 minutes no body help me. And all I wanted was the Madden NFL that was advertise
