I ordered a pair of Birkenstock shoes but didn't finish the order because I saw a coupon for 20% off the shoes. So I then ordered the sandals at the discounted rate. Within a hour I received two emails restating the order and noticed that BOTH orders were charged for the same pair of sandals. I tried to call (they NEVER answer) and then emailed them to stop the first order. They wrote back later and said that the order was too far along and could not be halted. That is a huge lie because I've ordered from them many times before and they don't ship for 3-14 days. They wouldn't honor my cancellation made on the same day, so I am stuck with two pairs of the same sandals. They will only EXCHANGE the sandals for another pair of shoes!
