I order a pair of sandals from teva's website hoping for some quality footwear. But,
I received a confirmation email explaining that my sandals had been shipped and a tracking number was included. Also, about that time I noticed that the charge had been made to my account for the sandals.
I tracked the progress up unitl the point that it was never delivered. Never delievered because some jack *ss didn't include my apartment number on the shipping label.
That was two weeks ago. I have repeatedly tried to contact Teva to make arrangements to have my sandals shipped to me, but I havn't received a response of any kind.
This is horrible business practice. Either credit my account or SEND ME MY DAMN SANDALS!!!
Do not do business with Teva. I don't know who is in charge over there, but this company is going DOWN!!!
