I had nextel for six months in i moved out of state there i had bad service, i complained they told me to get an updated phone, i did still not any better service then i was locked into another contract, i complained about to a customer supervisor and she told me to send the phones back and owe nothing since i used little of my minutes, and i did but they kept charging me sending me a bill every week finally totaling $1733.
