I purchased garage doors with a lifetime warranty.
Door bracket broke and I contacted them with replacment request 11 7 08.
They acknowledged my life time warranty and said they would UPS out the part.
11/17/08 no part. Called and they said they would get back to me regarding this. No phone call.
Called 11/24/08, in am. Said they would call me in a "few" minutes re: the problem. Called at 3:00 pm, said they would call me in a few minutes re: the problem.
No phone call back, no part sent.
Lousy customer service, haven't been able to open my garage door in nearly 3 weeks.
Drove to another garage door company and just bought the part myself.
Your company is only as good as the followup service it provides, which is none with this company. Do business elsewhere.
