They came once and charged us over $200 to replace our wheels. The same exact problem persisted so we had to call again and the second guy they sent did three other fixes that costed less and FIXED the problem. When I called to ask the "manager" (Chris Lay? Layr?) about the necessity of selling us the wheels he was uncaring, defensively arrogant, and threatened that if I pursued my concern elsewhere I would get nowhere. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau but I don't think they care. I had to call the company again to verify that they have these two names and the phone operator immediately asked defensively why I was asking. Horrible customer service! Save yourself and don't give these crooks your money.
