Garage door repair neeeded - Piece of Mind Warranty Package

I have been trying to call to get someone to come out to check my

Garage door, it sounds awful. I've called several times everyday for 3 days now and I'm being told that all circuits are busy, which I find odd. I need someone to come out to check my garage door before it stops working. I would love someone to come out Monday afternoon later in the day because I have the day off. My garage door is by Dalton if that makes any difference. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you, Debra Poe
