On October 31, I purchased a recliner from Buck's Furniture in Wolcott, Vermont. Within just a few weeks, the padding in the overstuffed right arm shifted to the right, off its intended frame support so there was no longer padding over part of the wooden frame. I called Buck's Furniture on January 2, to complain about the defect in the recliner. On January 8, I called the store again. Store personnal hung up when I mentioned my name.
My recliner was delivered with NO WARRANTY PAPERS OF ANY KIND. The delivery people just handed me a copy of the delivery order informing me that the office would mail out the warranty papers but they never arrived.
