We purchased a dual reclining sofa and a recliner spent 1,300 dollars purchased warranty lady said that warranty covered everything even bodily fluids witch we thought was excellent. After awhile the middle of the sofa fell in the recliner would not retract because frame was already bent cushions on recliner all flatened out over the course of several weeks finally got someone to contact us filled out all paper work and then several more weeks someone came out to do repairs cheaply repaired sofa and said the recliner needed whole new mechanism he would order it be here in 2 to 6 weeks. Two months later i had to contact them then 1 week later said nothing was covered under purchased insurance now i am left with crap
