I bought a Sofa and a Recliner in Jan. Of 2010. When I purchased the sofa and recliner and it held up for about 2 years and then I start seeing bubbles in the sofa and recliner. I called Badcock after I noticed the problem. The Corparate office of Badcock scheduled and appointment to come out and take pictures of the furniture and they said that they will contact me once they come to a decision. So I waited for two weeks and then I called them. Badcock said that they will give me 25 percent of the furniture that I re-purchase from them but they wasn't going to give me any money. I went to the store to talk to the manager about the agreement and he told me that he had to re-submit my credit. Ok the manager ran my credit and told me that I only had 500.00 worth of credit with them on the new furniture and that I will have to pay for the balance in full before I can get the furniture. I had been getting statements in the mail saying that I have a $1,500.00 dollar credit limit and now I don't have any but the 25 percent of credit off the furniture. I have furniture in my house from Rooms to Go that I purchased in 2003 and it still look new. I don't want to purchase furniture every two years, I can't afford that.
