Holiday shoppers beware! Northstyle has a beautiful catalog but apparently NO merchandise. I placed a online order August 18. To date (11/23) I have called their customer service line (who are not nice or helpful) 9 times regarding the status of my order and received a different answer every time.
To add insult to injury, Northstyle's new catalogs keep arriving with pictures of the same necklace that I ordered back in August. Isn't it illegal to advertise something you don't have?
As a best practice, I always place one small order from a company prior to placing a large order just to test their performance. I am so glad I did... I was prepared to order several hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise but now I'll never order from them again. Pass the word; Northstyle equals No goods and No style!
