When you call their 800 # to place an order they say to "ask how you can save $20 on today's order." When I agreed to the free 30 day trial offer (from shopping essentials) NS told me I would receive a rebate in the mail within 5 to 10 days. I received nothing and when I called Shopping Essentials on 5-29-09 I was told they did not have my credit card / info on file and that my membership had not been processed. They referred me back to NS who then referred me back to SE. I'm tired of the runaround and want the $20 offered me initially by NS on 5-11-09.
This is the 2nd time I have run into this scam/gimmic/enticement that fails to materialize. I complied and did my part as stated to me by NS.
