I tried calling customer service regarding an item I needed to return. I was put into a loop that said customer service reps were busy, please hold. After holding for over 40 minutes, I hung up. I tried at least 3 more times, same outcome.
I emailed my complaint to them, as suggested by the above phone message. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a reply.
