I caught using their shop to possess somebody emerge for $49.99 and perform a discussion on which I neede to complete for connecting all my audio and video gear within our new house. They quickly named 24 hours later to plan it. The "geek" recognized herself like a Secret-Agent for that Team and was calling in the Master Control Centre or some such nonesense. After about 20 units of these lacking any report of my purchase (despite the figures on my bill), and them repeatedly requesting just what I needed them in the future out and do, they ultimately stated they'd it (along side several "apologies" about my trouble) and planned to become at my house 24 hours later. That day the Key Agent named to confirm the visit (great) to repair my pc (poor). After I explained that it had been home-theatre and never computers, he advised me he might obtain the home-theatre people to contact me. Then he called back a couple of minutes later to see me they didn't do Home-Theatre consults in my own section of city. After I questioned if he might return my cash, he explained I'd need to contact the shop to complete that. Never got an apology or a reason how all this got so screwed-up. I'm still expecting the shop to contact me back (these were also busy to keep in touch with me after I named—reduced employment during business hours I suppose).

Good items and costs, simply inadequate support.
