No-show TWICE

Well, I've today experienced two scheduling snafus with Geek Squad. I reside in Ny and needed to contact three distinct shops before I really could obtain a Geek Squad individual to plan the first visit. The scheduler in the fifth Ave shop was clearly not educated as she'd to maintain placing me on-hold to request another person concerns. After 20 minutes she planned my visit. Your day of the visit came — Geek Team was a no show and not named to see me of something. Afterwards, the shop explained to contact the 800-number, that we did. Repetition on 800-number explained my visit have been accidentally terminated within the program. Therefore, I rescheduled for today and waited house for 4 hours on the Saturday morning. Again, Geek Group was a no show and not called me. Once more, I named the 800# and repetition today explained the Geek Team repetition had an "event" and may not appear. And, along with everything, my charge card was billed for this support over per month before. Truly, really disgraceful to get a company.
