Last night I received in the mail a Collection Notice from Afni, Inc. Stating that I owe $200.00 to T-Mobile so I had my wife call them this morning telling them that we have never had T-Mobile. They told me that we had been getting bills at our home address for 4 years and we told them that we had never received anything at all from T-Mobile and that this is not owed by us. They told me it was too ours and my wife told them that if they did not take this off that we would be contacting authorities on this.
She also asked for a copy of the contract from this and was told that they did not have one there. She told them that they had better drop this or they would be hearing from someone in higher status from us. How can this Company keep scamming people and get away with this.
I am going to run reports on my credit and see what comes up on them to see where they stand. We have always had excellent credit and hope it doesn't get messed up from this scam with this Company. Hope this is the end of this Company forever.
