Afni is trying to collect for T-Mobile $995.53. I've never had a T-Mobile account

I have been sent a collection notice from afni collections indicating I owe $995,53 for T-Mobile. I have never had a T-Mobile account.

This came up about 10-15 years ago and T-Mobile agreed that I never had an account. So who is authorizing this and what proof do they have? None.
