Bank Of America - BOA
Credit Card/Mortgage Company Selling out the American People, RIP OFF, Consumer Fraud

I have two credit cards with BOA—Thrivent Financial & World Travelers—both which I signed up credit protection. After my home town was deemed a Natural Disaster area by the Federal government, I filed a claim with BOA credit protection as well as with my other credit cards protection plan. After being given the run around and speaking with BOA representatives, over a dozen times—I sent in paper work from FEMA etc. They sent me a letter stating I'm eligible for my benefits because I failed to register with unemployment. When filling out the forms I never said I was completely unemployed (any one besides these high paying executives that's living off one income is blessed), I do have another job besides my self employment on the side. This is the same company that holds my mortgage, which everyone that GMA has on their show states: "call your mortgage company and credit card company when you see the first sign of having an issue with paying." Which I followed all their rules—the mortgage company initally wouldn't talk to me unless I was three months behind in my mortgage (which I wasn't behind when I initally called). I deposited a check in BOA to pay my mortgage from my other checking account and BOA stole my money, held on to it for two months stating the check was fraudulent, even after my other bank confirmed the authencity of the check & debited my account with the money from the other bank—which caused me to be late with paying my other bills.
As American people, I read somewhere that the owner of BOA is a Saudi Prince—it seems to me that without prejudice, like most high paying executives (Kenneth D Lewis—CEO of BOA)—these people don't care about the average American person—and we should all get together, collectively, fill complaints with the AG (Attorney General's) in our state (which I have done already and then find a law firm that will take a class action suit for us—suing the CEO, the banks owner etc. These people treat us this way and take advantage of us because we allow them too—and it stops now!!!
We must make our voices be heard, demand that this government—the American Government not allow any American company to have over 65% of their business out of the country; and if its true that a Saudi Prince does own BOA, he shouldn't be allowed to owned more than 40% of the bank—he's not an American—if we don't do this for us, we must do this for our children and our grandchildren.
If someone has any ifformation regarding the holdings of BOA, which now owns LaSalle, and Countrywide, please inform us.
