Rip-off signed for service but never got it to work however I have been billed for few months it is so hard to contact them california

Juno support phone #, s does not work and there is hard to contact them. I signed for service that i never got it to work however i have been billed for for a few months

Finaly i was able to contact them through an other server but never got credit for what i have paid for. Sevice that i never got.
