ESBI ETS Laurentel
Set Up Fees On Phone Bill Laurentel Setup fees on my Qwest phone bill

I noticed an extra charge on my phone and internet bill titled "ESBI ETS". Upon further investigation it stated Laurentel set up fees for the amount of $8.43. I did not authorize this nor do I know what this is for.
I am disallowing the charges thru Qwest and will be contacting both Laurentel at 1-800-627-1310 and Qwest billing at 1-800-491-0118 on Monday.
