Since having Verizon Fios installed, we have had constant problems with the system. We have spent countless hours with their tech. Support. Finally several weeks ago they sent a tech to our home. After spending several hours and switching out some equipment, he left with the problems STILL NOT RESOLVED. He said that a person who specialized in these typs of problems would be contacting up in the next few days. That was several weeks ago. Still no contact. Verizon seems to go under the policy of ignore the problem and it will go away. We could not be more disappointed in our service and in Verizon as a company.
