After exhausting multiple contacts with Verizon Fios, the TV equipment installed in our home continues to malfunction. After meeting with their techs the problems remain. The tech usually says that someone will call in the next few days. This has happened time and again. No one ever calls. Verizon seems to be operating on the hope that if they ignore the problem long enough it will go away.
I can not recommend this service to anyone.
