We rented movies from the store with our online rental credits we get every month. Well this time we forgot to send them back by the 10th day mark. We took them back on day 11 and insted of getting a call stating it needed to be returned or something in the mail that said they charged our bank account we were charged almost $80
Well thats fraud they have to give notice of the charge they are not allow to just take it when they chose. I have been on the phone with the store and the customer care for a week now trying to get my money back. The customer care line said they cant help because it has to do with a store and not the online rentals all they can do is file a report.
Well we got a credit of $16 and that was it. So needless to say the bill we had comming in now bounced because of this. I keep getting the run around. We were told to expect a refund with in 24 hours and a phone call from the manager in the area thats over the stores well we never got that call or refund.
