Karen James & Richard James keep opening up business under several different names trying to defraud people. They steal your money & they close down shop & pop back up under a different name. They worked under Karic Associates, Inc., now they are using Karic Homes & Karic Worldwide to bamboozle people out of their money. Now they set up Karic Homes saying they do home improvements but they have no licenses or permits to this type of business. Don't be hoodwinked by these two, they are con-artists & common theives.
Do not hire these two imbeciles, moronic, simple-minded & criminally insane. They swindle their way into my friends house pretending to know how to do tile flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen is now a hot mess becuase of them. Now my friend will have to pay a real licensed contractor to redo the work now estimated at $3000. The real licensed contractor told my friend before before these swindlers from Karic Home botched the job it would have cost just $1500. Now my friend would have to pay twice as much to get the job done. My friends are taking them to court to get back their money.
Buyer beware. Do not hire Karen James, Richard James or any of their companies (Karic homes, Karic Associates & Karic Worldwide). They a crooks.
