Slamming, changing my Long Distance Provider without my AUTHORIZATION

Please be aware of these companies changing your long distance providers without your knowledge, it can create a lot of havoc, not to mention charges when one has a plan with a very reputable telephone company such as ATT which allows long distance in a package deal.
