USBI Ling Distance
Global Crossing Tele charged me 38.67 for using their service. I did not make the calls plus I never used their long distance as a carrie

I am complaining for my 87 year mother. She never accepted usbi as her long distance phone carrier and tjhey charged her36.87 on phone calls she never made. She is on a fixed income and can not afford these charges. She does not use long distance. I called century link and they gave me the usbi number. The lady was very rude to me and refused to do anythig about this matter.
