Direct tv shorts the customer. On my bill, the due date is Nov. 11. I tried to pay a past due balance of 60.00 on Nov. 4. Direct tv wouldnt turn my service back on & wouldnt allow me to pay until I paid the full balance of 105.00.
I even told them that I would pay them now and then pay them on Friday, Nov. 7 and that will have it paid before the 11th. The rep said no then said after I paid that, I will be getting another bill around Nov. 20th.
How am I paying twice in one month and why was my service cut off before the due date?
