Direct tv has awful customer service-also they for some liked me to an old account memeber that had my new phone number in the past - direct tv proceeded to disconect my services until the other account holder paid their old balance-so in order for me not to loose my services i had to pay the other persons deliquent bill-only because i had their old number - i spoke to several supervisors and they were rude and uncaring about the situation-just because my new number belonged to one of their old customers!!! So as soon as my contracts up i'm done with them - sincerely mickael in texas
