I saw their ad in the gym and called because I owed the IRS more than 10K. I spoke to Jeff Klinger who told me that I qualified for a $2200 settlement. He said that the fees were $3200 but would be refunded if the settlement was not reached. I asked him to put the terms and conditions in writing and he said that he would. He sent me two forms that he said that he needed back which were a power of attorney and then he would send over the terms. He said that he needed the credit card information to attach to the account and that no charges would be made until an authorization form and the terms and conditions were signed. I signed the two forms and sent them back. He then sent over the terms and the authorization forms which were no where near the terms he had stated on the phone. I sent him back revisions and requested that he sign those. He would not and then he turned into another person all together. He called me a liar, said that I was trying to beat the IRS and was totally rude. I told him that I would not be needing his services. The next day they took the $1600 out of my account. I called Jeff and he said that the amount would be refunded and that they card was ran by mistake. They ran my card again for an additional $1600 for a total of $3200 without my authorization and have yet to refund any of my money. Jeff is a liar, this company is a scam. He is very rude has a smart mouth and will say anything to keep from returning your money. I have gotten my bank involved to file a dispute and I am prayful that they can help me get my money back. Do not ever use this company. They are a ripoff!!
