I applied for the total visa card and have had nothing but problems out of their service. They sent me my card and the disclosure in my card said I would receive my terms and conditions via mail within a couple of days and go ahead and activate the card. I didn't want to activate the card until I received the information regarding the terms and conditions.
I got a call from a service representative who told me that I needed to go ahead and activate the card and she would go over all the terms and conditions for me since I had not received mine yet. I told her that I am going to wait until I actually phyically receive a copy for my records. They harrassed me everyday for 2 weeks and finally I activated the card without still receiving my terms and conditions and soon after that they called me and told me I had a couple of days to pay off the $250.00 or they would close my account.
A month later I recieved the terms and conditions and the same time they discontinued my card and account.
