XM Billing NIGHTMARE & Fraudulent Billing

XM's billing has gotten worse over the past year. I have been a customer since their inception, and I am not happy with their recent fraudulent billing practices.

The chaos started in June of this year when they charged my account $142 for consolidating a radio. I received an email from them thanking me for the consolidation. I immediately wrote back inquiring who authorized the charge. It took 15 days before I could get a credit to my account.

"Thank you for contacting XM to consolidate your Radios! This email serves as a confirmation that your request has been submitted. Below you will find the information for the Radios that you have moved."

Then on July 30th, I received another email again from them thanking me for transferring yet another batch of radios. This time I was able to get a support ticket for the ongoing issue, 1-31JVRAi.

- Name on Account "Mr. Gregory F. Proctor"

Then Today (October 21st) I receive a paper bill in the mail, even though I'm on quarterly electronic billing. This bill states that I owe $120 for September, for switching over to an annual billing cycle, as well as an additional $240 for unnamed resources. The bill says Adjustments next to the amount.

I have to put up with all this, when my original agreement was for a quarterly payment.

I have written their fraud department with the following text:
"I'd like to know who keeps screwing with my billing. I've also lost trust in your billing department, and seriously considering canceling my service all together. It's really not worth the monthly headache.

This is getting ridiculous, I'm leaving the ball in your court for doing your best to keep me as a customer.

I have also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."
