I went to this store to purchase a Sony radio in the beginning of January. After the radio was installed I didn't like the sound of the radio. I had to put in more money for an additional subwoofer. The guy installed another radio for me. I didn't like this one either. So I got my original radio put back in had to pay an additional $35 for another harness wire to put my old Sony radio put back in. I am out of $175.00 simply because I didn't like the sound of the radios they installed in my car. I am on a fixed income and disabled. Also my kindle was stolen out of my holder and I had the kindle before I had them even start with my radio. There is no way anybody else couldve taken it because no one has had access to my car except the isntallers at the geek squad.
Basically I'm out of almost $300.00 worth of cash and possessions. I called best buy customer service to get a corporate number and a regional manager. They just gave me the runaround to the local store number. I repeatedly told her I wanted the corporate number but I still would get the number to this store. This is very frusturating getting my money back and to know they may have possibly stolen my Kindle in the process.
