This telephone company offer me a month free of charge and 1,000 free minutes. After checking my achecking account statements they been taking money from my account without authorization. I called the Customer Service and they told me they were sorry and they will not use my bank account again. Also, they promised a refund for the amount of $12.09 and I am still waiting. I specifically told them I will like to receive a paper bill and I will make the payment but, they kept using my bank account.
I hope that does not happen to anybody, it is a nightmare!
