Customer for several months. 1st received no invoice for 4 months. 2nd-You have to repeatly call to get the correct information in their system. 3rd lies about credit and refund policy 4th-Taking money out of checking account before you ever recieve bill. 5th Being billed once to twice monthly. 6th In customer service one may tell you one thing and 10 mins later another tells you a totally different lie...
Beware this company has very bad business practice.
