From the first date of installtion, this has not worked right. The factory (Napoleon) won't talk to me because I am not a dealer or installer. I have made dozens of phone calls to Stoves Direct.com and spoke with various people with result bring the same, it still doesn't work. I installed per the instructions that were supplied and have had a plumber and licensed gas installer tell me they can't help me.
