Paid for professional installation.installer created leak that he stated he was not allowed to fix. I had my neigbor, a licensed plumber on site in less than five minute.installer stated that he would not wait the ten minutes for repair and he left. I had the option of paying my plumber for the install or reschedule with Home Depot s incompetent installer. They do not disclose to customers at time of purchase that installers are not licensed plumbers and will leave the job site upon any problem and you will have to hire a plumber anyway. Very poor place to do business with.
