After providing $1,000 deposit for a replacement pool liner company failed to contact me to set up installation. A 3-4 week time has turned into 6 weeks. The installer was supposed to call and never has. Upon the installtion date Monarch could not provide a time for the installer to show and continued to ask that payment be given to installer before work is started. Larry @ Monarch said he would not send installer unless I told him the installer would get a check before he starts.
Larry was indifferent to providing a time for the installer to show-up.
