Just in case any one cares the owner/administraive contact for these companys is William Addiss his phone number is 1-631-981-3022 his fax is this same number his email adress is [email protected]. I contacted him ask him for help to resolve this matter thinking it was just a mistake the company made. He informed me I was SOL and to complain to any one I want to. I hope this info will someone else who got screwed thanks
