I have been throught quite an ordeal with this company and wish I had done my homework before ordering anything from this guy.

I ordered a top-flite 15 piece set for $199 from this guy because it was one of the better prices I had found and he offered free shipping. When I checked my credit card statement on line I saw he had charged me $339 so I called to find out why I was charged so much. He told me he ordered an 18 piece set costing $339, saying that he misunderstood me. He assured me he would fix it. A few days later I checked my statement again and the charge for 339 is still there so I call him to find out what is going on. He tells me the 15 piece set has shipped and that I should get it in a few days and that he will credit me back the difference.

A few days later I received the 15 piece set I ordered but still hadn't been credited back the difference. This is when I finally googled his company and found literally hundreds of complaints about this guy all pretty much saying exactly what I was going through. Needless to say I immediately called my credit card company to let them know and went through the process of disputing the overcharge.

Two weeks passed, and many emails from Brian assuring me that he had processed the credit for the overcharge, and I finally see the credit for the difference so I call my credit card company to let them know he finally gave me my refund. That's when they tell me that he hadn't done anything, that they and credited it back to me because I had provided adequate proof of being overcharged.

Well 5 days after this I get an angry phone call from Brian telling me that because I disputed the charge, the credit card company took all $339 back (which wasn't true at all). I explained to him that I had just looked at my statement and they had only refunded back the difference, not the whole amount. He then tells me I'm lying and that I owe him $199!! AND that if I don't pay, he'll have to sue me! I laughed and told him to do whatever he needed because it was out of my hands.

I later called my credit card company to tell them what happened and they laughed and told me to not pay any attention to this nut job!

This guy is a joke and a bad excuse for a businessman. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Also, he is being sued by the Illinois attorney generals office for fraud.
