I ordered a hand golf cart on December 21st online. WIthin minutes I got an email confirmation and several hours later a notice that the item had shipped.By January 5th, when I had not received the item, I emailed them for a tracking number which they promptly supplied. However, when I attempted to track the shipment there was no data there. Just that the item was processed on December 21.
I immediately called the company and spoke with "Brian" who said that he checked with UPS and they had halted all ground shipments the week of Christmas (RIGHT) and that it had now shipped. I hung up and called UPS, who of course confirmed that no item had ever been picked up and that they were only closed on Christmas Day.
I have contacted my credit card company disputing the charge and emailed BHM Golf to credit my account. I will watch my credit card statement carefully now that I know an unscrupilous person has my card info. Sounds like htis is something that has happened before with this company. I am also going to file a complaint with the BB in Illinois.
