You can't ever get a hold of anyone in this company

I purchased an Ashworth Jacket from Only Golf Apparel. It's a jacket found in every golf store in America however I couldn't find my size and color so I ordered it off their www.onlygolfapparel.com. When I got the jacket it was too big. It was a small and they don't make an extra small. I looked at the documentation that the jacket came with and no were did it tell you how to return anything - no address, no return policy, nothing. So I sent an email asking Only Golf Apparel for the address to return the jacket. I get a one line email back from them saying: call 6305139882, ask for returns, thanks So I called that number over and over again during regular business hours and it rang and rang and then it went to a fax machine. So I sent him another email saying that the number is invalid and I never hear back from them. Some time goes by and I call again - this time I talk to someone. He says the returns person isn't there you have to call back. No - can you just give me an address as to wear to send this - I'm tired of calling. So he gives me the address and I send it back. I paid $78.93 for the jacket and my account was credited $45.47 A $33.46 difference. Now I know they won't refund the shipping but, when I shipped the jacket back I shipped it two day, proof of delivery for $3.85. Even if the shipping was $10.00 for a women's size small windbreaker there's still a $23.00 difference. So I called Only Golf Apparel, over and over and over again for two hours and got a busy signal. Then I went on their website and found an 800 number for customer care. All the 800 number did is play a commercial about their new NIKE wear over and over - it didn't go anywhere. So now I keep calling and finally I get through. The guy (Only Golf Apparel) tells me that their policy is a 35% restocking fee. 35%??? For a non-customized jacket sold in every golf story in America. So I started checking around to other on line golf stores. NO ONE charges a restocking fee for generic golf apparel. SUMMARY OF MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT Only Golf Apparel: 1) Customer service stinks - you can't ever get a hold of anyone and when you do they are mean, old, crabby men who treat you like dirt! 2) They don't print their return policy on any documentation they send - you're suppose to DIG for in one their website 3) 35% restocking fee on clothes they sell in every golf store in America I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ONLY GOLF APPAREL AGAIN. I would suggest no one else give them any business. Thank you
