Ordered a pair of Hi Tec Storm shoes from BHM way back in April. Brian Meyer charged my credit card the day of the order and the shoes were backordered. After a month I requested a refund as I had found them at another retailer.
It has been months and I have repeatedly emailed this man and talked to him requesting he refund my credit card. His reply emails keep asking if I want another pair of shoes, totally disregarding my requests for a refund.
I am filing a dispute affidavit with my credit card company. This guy seems to be a middle man with no items in stock and shady business practices. His website claims superior customer service which is false. He also claims to have a staff of pros, what a joke!
Please do not purchase from this company.
