I just got served a summon from cingular wireless for $1266.42 few weeks ago. Tried to contact the professional collection consultant in california but no luck. I dont even know what am i being charged for because i moved and never received the bills. All i remember it went from $200 to $450 then $1000 then now $1266 plus cost. What is going on? I have a court date on november 3rd. I dont know what to do and i am not going to pay them $1200 for something is not right. I contacted fox news and now seeking for lawyer help thru a friend. Does anybody have any suggestion?
