I bought a purse from aboutattitude.com on Sept 2nd. I was charged on my credit card THAT DAY. When my purse hadnt come by September 16th i started checking into it more. I sent several emails and even did a ton of research to locate a phone number for them because there isnt one on the site. The phone number goes straight to "Kim's" voicemail. I sent 2 emails and left a voicemail.
I finally received a response on Sept 16th saying the purse was on backorder and would be arriving in 2 weeks. It's now October 9th and i have no purse and have received no further response from the company. I have emailed twice and no response. I find it really hard to believe that i'm the only customer that has ordered from them and had this problem. I can only find 2 complaints on the internet anywhere. I paid for the purse almost a month and a half ago!!!
