Well before I started working for Harp I had came on here to review what people where saying. I saw where one guy wrote that he nevered made more than 8 or 9 dollars an hour. But I know I worked with people in other call centers who where dying to work back @ Harp and said they made about $15/hr, when they where there. So I said maybe that guy was fired or something and wanted revenge on Harp.

Well the base pay is 6.79/hr. And if you work the morning shift your gauranteed $11 and $12 at night for true-up. That's if you don't make enough commission for a pay period, they match what you don't make in commissions to gaurantee you $11 or $12/hr. Well for about a month they've been doing that then all of a sudden I get a paycheck for $8/hr.in every check all of my commissions don't show up and they don't pay you for all of your hours.

They treat you like garbage if you didn't rebut a customer hard enough for there credit card info and tell you this job isn't for everybody McDonald's is down the street. NOW I AIN'T GONNA TO LIE THE TOP AGENTS GET PAID! But still and for all if you don't sell the way they want you to you get screwed, all there promises are out the door. I feel sorry for the customers cause we're told the male enhancement creams are all natural but customers tell us when we call them back for a free trial of a new and improved version that the product burned them and did nothing for them.

The trick is they have to pay s&h and all agents have to sign them up for mandatory autoships. That they can so call "cancel at anytime" but customers tell us they call to cancel and there c.C. Are still charged and the shipments still come out to them. Harp is as shady as they come to the customers and to there employees. The only ones benefitting are the top agents. THEY DO WORK LIKE A DOG FOR THAT DOLLAR.

All the rest are fired just like that if you don't sell at a certain closing percentage rate overall and on each individual campaign. The reason why it's hard to do is because on the commercial they advertise FREE! Free! Free! But when they call in the product is free with a purchase and not just free this makes the customers angry and they hang up. HARP I WANT MY GAURANTEED $11 THAT YOU PROMISED ME.

Which believe me you there expectations are very high the top agents are so hoarse and look so beaten up that HARP may fool around and have lawsuits, for health problems when it's all said and done. It's mandatory 3 rebuts for credit cards and 2 rebuts for discount clubs. Each call lasts on average of 20 mins or more if you do everything they want you to do in each call. I believe they do have a lawsuit for there mystery shopping jobs campaign. But I don't know to much about that.

I know they do have something about it on the internet though. I just don't understand people. The economy is hard yes, but the same way we as agents or customers have to work hard for a dollar is the same way harp can make an honest dollar without ripping off people. We trusted you harp as customers and employees, the least you can do is be honest with us.

If harp hired people for 6.79 commission I'm sure they'd still be able to hire people, without promissing them 11 or 12 dollars an hour. So I don't understand why they feel a need to treat people like this.
