This is how their ordering process works: you're supposed to make a payment to the owner of the website and then to the company. (Just for the record, I don't think the owner of the company has anything to do against this) Anyway, that's what I did and then waited for my package to arrive.
A month later I emailed them asking why I still haven't received the package. They replied (and this is the only time that they did) saying that they will going to send me another package. After a week, I asked them about the status of my order... No response. I sent them countless emails from different email addresses to make that they received my email but they never sent me any response. Finally, I sent them regular mail and I still didn't get any response.
I mailed my payment on 9 Feb and it's already 20 April. More than two months have passed and my $197.00 is gone. Total rip off!
